Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Strategic Development Assistant Manager – Digital to help develop and optimise our Public Websites across Leeds, Bristol, Chester, Edinburgh and Halifax. This is a full-time, 35-hour hybrid role on a 12-month FTC/secondment.

You will turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, analyse customer and performance data, contribute evidence to discovery activities, collaborate with platform teams, and help build playbooks that standardise

Qualifications

• CMS platforms and experience supporting or improving websites.
• Digital delivery and project management from planning to delivery.
• Ability to build relationships across platform, technology and business teams.
• Applying customer insights to improve digital experiences.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in AI and its potential in digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the Public Website roadmap.
• Gather and analyse customer, market and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Provide evidence and recommendations to discovery activities and experiments.
• Collaborate with platform teams to understand user needs and define requirements.
• Contribute to playbooks, standards and mentoring for consistent delivery.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies and report to senior stakeholders.
