Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager in Digital & Tech Management to provide strategic vision and supervision for the department responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies that drive business growth.

You will lead digital strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, while overseeing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver on client commitments and internal objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in digital management or a related field.
• Experience in digital strategy, project management, team leadership and change management.
• Ability to apply knowledge across disciplines and drive performance.
• Ability to communicate complex information and manage expectations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, cloud, data analytics and cybersecurity.
• Strong organizational skills and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience.
• Provide formal supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee review of digital systems and processes to align with business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Engage with vendors, negotiate contracts and secure best value.
• Contribute to sales pursuits, respond to RFPs, and present digital solutions.
• Assist platform implementation during client transitions and validate service delivery.
• Identify and solve complex problems using internal or external resources.
• Set and maintain service level expectations for digital platforms support.
• Coordinate strategies with field management, accounting, and senior leaders.
• Review systems and procedures; implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Lead by example and align actions with CBRE RISE values.
