Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or digital transformation.
• Proven senior leadership delivering measurable growth.
• CRM and loyalty strategy expertise.
• Website redevelopment and optimisation experience.
• Strong SEO and PPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the digital transformation roadmap.
• Own CRM strategy, loyalty programme, and customer journeys.
• Lead website development and SEO with AI integration.
• Manage paid media and performance marketing.
• Develop data-driven insights and executive dashboards.
