Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Greater London seeks a senior technology advisor to lead the D&T agenda for the GWS account. You will drive the technology roadmap, innovation, and operational excellence, aligning with client outcomes and CBRE’s strategy.

You will manage risk, lead CMMS strategy, and coordinate a team of technology and analytics resources to deliver SMART FM proposals, data-led insights, and AI-enabled services that differentiate CBRE.

Qualifications

• Proven capability working with teams for delivery of initiatives, including SMARTFM.
• Strong experience within data and insight.
• Strong experience in driving new D&T initiatives.
• Use of AI delivery and analysis.
• Languages English – other European Languages a benefit but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining CBRE’s technology perspective, position, and strategy for leadership and clients.
• Risk identification, quantification and mitigation around technology solutions.
• Drive new D&T technology initiatives aligned to account priorities (e.g., IFM Hub).
• CMMS strategy and accountability including administration and delivery.
• Direct technology and analytics resources on the Account including training needs.
• Work with FM SMEs to develop and deliver SMART FM proposals.
• Implement new tools and processes; support PMO with migrations.
• Leverage innovation to unlock efficiencies, cost savings and differentiation.
