Job summary

CBRE UK is seeking an Associate Director or Director to lead complex consulting engagements in the European data centre and digital infrastructure market. You will manage client relationships, deliver market research and advisory outputs, and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

This highly commercial, client-facing role requires deep market expertise across data centre sectors, power strategy, AI infrastructure and investment processes.

Qualifications

Degree required; professional qualifications advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial but not essential.
Experience in data centre consulting, digital infrastructure, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements across European data centre and digital infrastructure sectors.
Advise investors, developers, operators, occupiers, and public sector bodies on market, investment and business decisions.
Manage projects from initial engagement to delivery and client sign-off.
Develop proposals and advisory solutions that convert client requirements into revenue-generating engagements.
Produce market assessments, due diligence reports and investment papers for senior stakeholders.
