Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a senior technology advisor for the GWS account in London. The role leads the technology roadmap, innovation agenda, and operational excellence to align CBRE’s technology with client outcomes and growth objectives.

You will drive initiatives, manage CMMS strategy, and partner with FM SMEs to deliver SMART FM proposals and client-focused technology solutions. The position emphasizes data-led insights, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of AI-enabled service

Qualifications

Proven capability working with teams for delivery of initiatives.
Strong experience within data and insight.
Strong experience in driving new D&T initiatives.
Use of AI delivery and analysis.
Languages English – other European Languages a benefit but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and effectively communicating CBRE’s technology perspective to account leadership and client stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate technology risks across information security, transition, and operations.
Drive D&T initiatives aligned with account and sector priorities (e.g., IFM Hub).
Oversee CMMS strategy, administration, and delivery; manage training requirements.
Collaborate with FM SMEs to develop SMART FM proposals and delivery.
