Job summary

Blackpool Council is seeking a Workforce Development Trainer to develop the digital capabilities of our workforce, with a strong focus on IT training, digital skills development and technology-enabled learning.

You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging training programmes that help employees maximise their use of Microsoft 365 applications, council systems and digital tools, supporting improved productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT and digital skills training.
• Experience developing online learning content and using learning technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging training programmes that develop digital capabilities.
• Develop and maintain e-learning resources and a blended learning approach.
