Welwyn Hatfield is recruiting a Digital Services Manager to lead the digital services residents use daily. You will guide discovery, design, build, launch and continuous improvement, ensuring accessibility and value for money across council services.

You will work with departments to understand user needs, apply agile and GOV.UK standards, and manage suppliers. This is a hybrid role with 37 hours per week and a focus on improving resident experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering digital services and products.
• Hands-on experience with digital or low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of user experience and accessibility.
• Solid project management and delivery skills.

• Lead the delivery of digital services from discovery and design through build, launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with services across the council to understand user needs and ensure value for money.
