Job summary

You will oversee delivery across the product lifecycle, ensure standards, timescales and budgets are met, and manage governance, risks and dependencies.

You will lead and develop delivery teams, coach colleagues, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk digital products and services.
• Establish governance, risk management and reporting for delivery progress and budgets.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues within projects and services.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate delivery status clearly.
• Line manage and mentor delivery managers and teams to foster high performance.
