Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Services Apprentice (Band 2) to support IT services and deployments across the Trust. This 15-month, full-time apprenticeship offers flexible working and hands-on experience with PCs and software.

The role develops a foundation in business administration and IT, with opportunities to progress within NHS Digital Services and contribute to patient care through robust IT support.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at level A-C or 9-4 including Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a business administration or customer-focused role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support IT services, software and devices across the Trust.
• Assist in installing and configuring new IT equipment and services.
• Maintain documentation and ensure equipment meets Trust standards.
