Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is offering an 18-month fixed-term apprenticeship in Business and Administration. You will support reception, scheduling, post, filing, scanning, and updating records, while developing a range of NHS admin skills.
We welcome self-motivated individuals with good communication, attention to detail and confidentiality. The program includes training in Microsoft Office and NHS systems, with progression toward a Level 2 or 3 Diploma.
Working alongside the team providing support in a range of duties including workingon reception, answering telephone enquiries, booking patient appointments, sorting post,general filing, electronic scanning of documents and updating records as well as other generaloffice duties.
