Job summary

Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) invites applications for Digital Service Centre Manager to lead the team delivering first and second line support for schools and central services from our Plymouth headquarters. You will ensure reliable, modern digital services and manage incidents, requests and changes within agreed service levels.

You will develop the team, plan on-site visits, coordinate suppliers, and use data-driven insights to improve service delivery across Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-site IT service team.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Experience implementing ITIL-based incident, change and problem management.
• Willingness to travel to schools within the Trust region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Service Centre team across multiple sites and remote locations.
• Oversee incident, service request, change and problem management processes.
• Plan on-site school visits and coordinate supplier activity and budgets.
• Work with cyber security and platforms teams to ensure compliant, reliable services.
