About the Role

Note: This role can be based in the UK or the NL.

The Digital Sales Channel Specialist – Partner Central supports the Digital Sales Channel Director in driving the adoption, engagement, and success of the Partner Central platform. Responsibilities include executing digital sales strategies, supporting resellers, and ensuring smooth platform operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital sales, e-commerce, and partner engagement, with the ability to support internal teams and external partners effectively.

Success Metrics
  • Growth in reseller adoption and engagement with Partner Central.
  • Increase in e-commerce transaction volume via the platform.
  • Enhanced efficiency in partner support and self-service capabilities.
  • Positive feedback from resellers and internal stakeholders regarding platform usability and support.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Support & Adoption: Assist in increasing reseller engagement with Partner Central, providing guidance and support.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal sales teams to integrate Partner Central into their processes and promote adoption.
  • E-commerce & Digital Sales Optimization: Support platform enhancements to improve usability and meet reseller needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor platform activity and performance, using data to suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements.
  • Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Identify and escalate issues, proactively suggesting improvements.
Qualifications / Requirements

About You

  • Experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or partner engagement, preferably in IT distribution or reseller management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
  • Experience with change management initiatives and digital adoption encouragement.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital sales tools, and analytics platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for internal and external support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and take initiative.
