We are a global technology solution provider and specialist IT distributor. We represent and work closely with a wide range of market-leading vendors and help them sell and distribute their technology solutions and services to Reseller Partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As aDigital Sales Channel Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Digital Sales Channel Director to boost the adoption, engagement, and success of our PartnerCentral platform. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital sales, e-commerce, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external Partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of digital sales strategiesto maximise platform utilisation
  • Work with our sales teams to support Partnersin leveraging the platform effectively

Location: remote working from UK or NL. If located in the UK, there will be some minimal travel to our office in Bracknell and a requirement to attend our office in Houten, NL

Key Tasks:

  • Platform Support & Adoption: Assist in increasing Partner adoption and engagement with PartnerCentral.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with internal sales teams to help them integrate PartnerCentral into their sales processes and drive partner adoption.
  • E-commerce & Digital Sales Optimisation: Support enhancements to the platform's capabilities, ensuring usability and alignment with Partner needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor Partner activity and platform performance, using data-driven insights to suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and vendor teams to support the implementation of platform enhancements and initiatives.

Success Metrics:
• Growth in reseller adoption and engagement with PartnerCentral.
• Improved e-commerce transaction volume through the platform.
• Increased efficiency in partner support and self-service capabilities.
• Positive feedback from resellers and internal stakeholders on platform usability and support.

ABOUT YOU

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or partner engagement, preferably in IT distribution or reseller management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
  • Ability to assist with change management initiatives and encourage digital adoption.
  • Experience with CRM, digital sales tools, and analytics platforms (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to tracking and improving platform usage.
  • Excellent communication skills to support both internal teams and external Partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and take initiative in problem-solving.
