What You’ll Do:

The Music Central team forms the administrative backbone of the Music Department, supporting Music assistants in both the UK and US. This fast-paced role includes extensive training, with progression typically into a Music Agent’s Assistant position.

This is a permanent role based at our New Oxford Street office.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Compiling ticket counts for upcoming shows
• Assisting agent assistants with administrative tasks and overflow
• Supporting agents in their assistants’ absence
• Conducting in-depth research for agents or assistants
• Entering show deals and offers using in-house software and reviewing legal contracts
• Participating in department meetings, including presentations
• Ensuring clients traveling to the UK follow correct immigration procedures
• Performing other ad hoc duties as required

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

• A long-term interest in a career in the music industry, especially in becoming an agent
• Passion for music and entertainment
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent service to both external contacts and internal colleagues
• A diligent, proactive attitude suited to a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Willingness to learn quickly and assist with a positive attitude
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Sensitivity to the needs of creative clients; previous music industry experience is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strong numerical ability
• Confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Previous administrative experience in the music or entertainment industry
