Costa Coffee is seeking a Digital Propositions Marketing Manager to drive growth across UK&I Delivery and Click & Collect, supporting international markets with scaleable tools and frameworks. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and deliver commercial impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with franchise partners, data-driven decision making, and a hybrid working model, based at our UK Support Centre in St Albans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Delivery and Click & Collect channels in FMCG/QSR/Grocery.
• Strong ecommerce and digital trend knowledge.
• Ability to convert data/insights into actionable, commercially impactful actions.
• Excellent analytical, trade reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and Click & Collect proposition, leading trade marketing and loyalty integration.
• Build partnerships with third-party aggregators and internal stakeholders to unlock opportunities.
• Identify, test, and scale innovative ideas to drive digital growth and customer experience.
• Share best practices with international markets to enable consistent execution.
• Leverage insights to shape strategy and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
