Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Global Digital Propositions Marketing Manager to drive growth across UK&I Delivery and Click & Collect, supporting international markets with scalable digital tools. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver commercial impact, working in a hybrid setup with modern, flexible collaboration.

Location: St Albans, UK. Hybrid model with three days in the office from January 2027.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Delivery and Click & Collect channels in FMCG, QSR or Grocery.
Ability to translate data and insights into commercially impactful actions.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and Click & Collect proposition, leading trade marketing, loyalty integration, proposition optimisation, and cross-functional execution to drive performance.
Build partnerships with third-party aggregators (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo) and internal stakeholders.
Identify, test and scale ideas to enhance customer experience and drive growth across digital channels.
Share best practices, frameworks and tools with international markets and franchise partners.
Use market insights to shape strategy and keep stakeholders updated with clear progress.
