As an Away From Home Proposition Manager, you’ll define, lead, and launch end-to-end coffee propositions that give Costa a competitive edge across EMENA’s Away From Home (AFH) channels.

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

Defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for winning AFH propositions across product, marketing, tech, and commercial.
Leading cross-functional teams to build holistic propositions from concept through to in-market execution.
Collaborating with market teams to tailor solutions based on regional customer and consumer insights.
Working closely with finance, legal, and operations to model compelling commercial outcomes and ensure scalability.
Providing strategic guidance and creating documentation to support successful roll-out, trials, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

A strategic thinker with experience in proposition development, commercial planning or programme management in a global or multi-market business.
A natural influencer who can align senior stakeholders and energise cross-functional teams.
Commercially savvy with the ability to interrogate assumptions and build robust business cases.
Experienced in hospitality, retail, wholesale or foodservice—ideally in a product- or innovation-led environment.
A clear communicator, able to articulate strategy, progress, and issues in a compelling and accessible way.
