The role

As Digital Project Manager, you'll be in charge of coordinating and running all digital workstreams in the UK Armed Forces Recruitment, and beyond. You'll navigate project landscapes adeptly : aligning resources, spotting problems in advance, and meeting milestones. A strong communicator, you'll bring clarity, calm authority and direction to cross-functional teams. It's key that you build effective relationships across the organisation, including with account management, creative and strategy.

As a curious team player, you'll immerse yourself in the world of the Armed Forces Recruitment Services, including keeping an eye on the news and what competitors are up to. You'll suggest innovations that could enhance our creative solutions.

Success will be defined by strong organisational skills. You'll be able to juggle an awareness of the bigger picture with a focus on the smallest of details.

Who we're looking for

You have a wealth of experience in and a deep understanding of running digital campaigns and builds, paired with strong digital credentials. This is backed by a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. You've been in a position that's demanded acute attention to detail, commercial acumen, and effective communication.

You can confidently manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at once. Even when priorities compete, you remain highly organised and efficient. Always, you're focused on delivery and results, with a keen sense of responsibility and accountability. You've kept your learning up to date to further your development.

Strong relationship management and communication skills are key. You're able to listen, speak clearly, and focus on other people. A passion for getting the most out of your team motivates you. Plus, you're a problem solver with a winning attitude.

Experience of working on government or public sector campaigns would be desirable. As would familiarity with an agency setting. It would be nice to see a degree or equivalent qualification.
