Yorkshire Water is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Digital team in Leeds, adopting a hybrid working pattern and delivering impactful customer digital experiences.

You will lead cross-functional, agile squads, shaping the product strategy, owning roadmaps and backlogs, setting quarterly OKRs, and driving a customer- and data-led approach to decision making while working with design, data and technology colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital product management with data and customer insight.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decisions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of digital product, customer experience and design best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
