Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to design, implement, optimise and automate service and transactional CRM communications that enhance the guest experience and support revenue growth. You will lead initiatives across the guest journey from booking confirmation to post-stay, working with multiple teams to shape customer-centric messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM strategy and automation.
• Experience with leading CRM platforms (Hightouch, Tealium, Braze, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign).
• Strong analytical background and data-driven decision making.
• Experience delivering transactional and service messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage automated CRM service journeys across channels.
• Collaborate with digital, data and tech teams to define data and triggers.
• Own service communications, ensure clarity, consistency and high quality.
• Monitor performance, run A/B testing and optimise engagement and conversions.
