About

Are you a collaborative people manager with demonstrable experience in developing and delivering enterprise-level websites and applications? We have a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity in AXA Health.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Associate Digital Product Managers.
• Maintain and develop AXA Health’s website in line with company strategy and KPIs.
• Own content delivery platforms including CMS and Personalisation.
• Understand customer needs and deliver excellent digital experiences.

Work Environment: We promote flexible working, with at least 40% of your time away from home, including visits to offices, clients, or industry events, with occasional travel to London, Bournemouth, and Glasgow. Flexibility can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of subject matter experts.
• Create and execute the website and content management product vision and strategy.
• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate on new product innovations with other leaders.
• Own and communicate the product roadmap.
• Define success metrics and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a digital product manager.
• Experience delivering customer-focused digital solutions.
• Leadership skills in managing teams.
• Experience with content management and personalization platforms (Optimizely, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Strategic and agile mindset.

What We Offer:

• Salary up to £55,000 based on experience.
