You'll work collaboratively with our Marketing Director, CEO and other members of the team, bringing your experience and fresh perspective to help shape our marketing strategy.

Working remotely with flexibility to travel as needed, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support our sales team with a robust pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • MQL Generation: Implement strategies to increase the quantity and quality of marketing qualified leads, working closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth lead handoff
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign strategy and messaging
  • Event Marketing: Support virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and webinars as lead generation opportunities
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospect and customer data in CRM systems, ensuring proper lead scoring and segmentation
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Experience: 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
  • Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing attribution tools, and creating performance dashboards
  • Content Marketing: Understanding of content marketing principles and experience creating or briefing compelling marketing content
  • Campaign Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing copy and present findings to stakeholders
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new marketing technologies and tools quickly
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing projects
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and MQL targets

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working within the eCommerce industry
  • Experience developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing principles
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid social/search platforms
  • Experience with HubSpot's marketing automation, CRM, and reporting features
