We currently have an opportunity to bring onboard a Marketing Manager to join our RLAM business supporting Wealth within Client Group on a 12-month fixed term contract in London.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the wealth marketing plans aligned to marketing strategy and broader distribution objectives.

You will partner with the Head of Sales to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns promoting RLAM’s products and services within the wealth market, as well as deliver our core business as usual activities for this market.

This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we continue to grow third-party business and diversify assets.

About the role

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to evolve the wealth marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and RLAM’s corporate strategy.
  • Create and deliver effective marketing campaigns to promote RLAM’s products and services for targeted client segments, collaborating with the marketing team and wider client group.
  • Develop and execute RLAM’s best-in-class business-as-usual activities for the wealth channel.
  • Utilize and build appropriate campaign analytics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Line management responsibility for one Marketing Executive, including annual reviews and ongoing training and development.

About you

  • Strong understanding of investment products, including familiarity with equity, fixed income, multi-asset, property, cash, and derivatives.
  • Experience in wealth marketing to UK clients within an asset management firm.
  • Excellent financial services writing skills tailored to wealth clients.
  • Proven campaign management skills within the asset management sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Investment Management Certificate (IMC) is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset for building partnerships.
  • Self-starter with an intuitive marketing approach.
  • Effective verbal communication skills at all organizational levels and externally.
