Job Title: Marketing Manager - Wealth

We currently have an opportunity to bring onboard a Marketing Manager to join our RLAM business supporting Wealth within Client Group on a 12-month fixed term contract in London.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the wealth marketing plans aligned to marketing strategy and broader distribution objectives.

You will partner with Head of Sales to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns promoting RLAM's products and services within the wealth market, plus deliver our core business as usual activity for this market.

This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we continue to grow third party business and diversify assets.

About the role

  • Partner with Head of Sales to evolve the wealth marketing strategy as part of the marketing strategy ensuring alignment with sales objectives and RLAM's corporate strategy.
  • Create and deliver effective marketing campaigns to promote RLAM's products and services for the targeted client segments, working with other members of the marketing team and wider client group.
  • Develop and execute RLAM's best in class business as usual activity for the wealth channel
  • Use and build appropriate campaign analytics to share with relevant parties the impact campaigns have and (as appropriate) ways to improve.
  • Line management responsibility for one Marketing Executive including annual reviews and ongoing training and development

About you

  • Strong understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types: equity, fixed income, Multi asset, property, cash, derivatives.
  • Experience of wealth marketing to UK clients for an asset management firm.
  • Strong writing skills, with evidence of financial services expertise for wealth clients.
  • Excellent campaign management skills - proven capability in the asset management space.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills - ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
  • Investment Management Certificate (IMC) is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and develop parentships with a collaborative mindset.
  • An intuitive marketer with a self-starter approach
  • Confident and effective verbal communications at all levels of the organisation as well as externally.
