Job summary

You will design and implement workflow automation using low-code platforms, collaborate with Business Analysts and Technology teams, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital process engineering and automation.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BPM and process modelling.
• Experience with API-enabled workflows and systems integration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build workflow automation and low-code solutions.
