The role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency, with hybrid London working.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital process engineering, workflow automation or low-code development.
• Essential insurance industry experience, ideally within commercial or specialty insurance.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and optimisation.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of systems integration, APIs and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysing end-to-end business processes and identifying automation opportunities.

I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international insurance organisation looking to hire a Digital Process Engineer to support its ongoing transformation and process optimisation initiatives across the UK & Ireland business.

The role will focus on designing and delivering digital solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

The role will involve:

• Analysing end-to-end business processes and identifying automation opportunities

• Designing and developing workflow automation and low-code solutions

• Supporting process improvement and digitisation initiatives

• Integrating business applications and supporting API-enabled workflows
