Job summary

Rec3 Global Ltd in the United Kingdom (hybrid: 1 day on-site) is hiring a Process Analyst to join the new Process & Automation Centre of Excellence. You will map, document and improve end-to-end processes across the business, delivering BPMN 2.0 diagrams and SOPs.

The role requires hands-on process engineering, lean Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with Visio or ARIS. You will work with senior stakeholders and help automate readiness within a 3-year programme.

Qualifications

• Process Engineering / Process Analysis background - not Business Analysis.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 and process modelling understanding.
• Lean / Six Sigma / CMMI experience.
• Process mapping tools - Visio, ARIS, Miro/Mural, Process Advisor.
• UK right to work - no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Process Discovery, Mapping & Documentation: conduct workshops, interviews and data reviews; produce BPMN maps and SOPs.
• Process Analysis & Insight: analyse performance, risks, bottlenecks and present insights to stakeholders.
• Improvement, Digitisation & Automation Readiness: identify automation opportunities and standardise processes.
• Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement: maintain governance-aligned docs and run workshops.
