Oliver James Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading international insurance organisation to hire a Digital Process Engineer to support its transformation and process optimisation initiatives across the UK & Ireland.
The role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency, with hybrid London working.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital process engineering, workflow automation or low-code development.
- Essential insurance industry experience, ideally within commercial or specialty insurance.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and optimisation.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of systems integration, APIs and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
Responsibilities
- Analysing end-to-end business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Designing and developing workflow automation and low-code solutions.
- Supporting process improvement and digitisation initiatives.
- Integrating business applications and supporting API-enabled workflows.
- Working closely with Business Analysts, Technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Supporting solution design, testing, implementation and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring solutions adhere to governance, risk and regulatory requirements.
