Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Digitalisation Centre of Excellence within DSM. You will analyse end-to-end workflows, surface inefficiencies, and translate findings into structured use cases for engineering teams.

You'll use SQL, Python (Pandas), and Power BI to explore data, validate hypotheses, and visualise insights. Collaboration with SMEs and engineers is essential to drive automated, data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis or continuous improvement.
• Ability to map and explain processes (BPMN or equivalents).
• SQL for exploring operational data; Python basics (Pandas) for analysis.
• Ability to create clear presentation materials for non-technical groups.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end workflows, including handoffs and approvals.
• Triangulate documentation, data, and interviews to identify bottlenecks.
• Quantify impact and prioritise automation opportunities.
• Create as-is and to-be process maps and automation concepts.
• Collaborate with DSM Business Services, SMEs and engineering teams.
