Job summary

Oliver James Group in London is seeking a Digital Process Analyst/Engineer to support transformation and process optimisation across the UK & Ireland with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on automating end-to-end processes and integrating API-enabled workflows.

You will design and implement workflow automation using low-code platforms, collaborate with Business Analysts and Technology teams, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital process engineering and automation.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BPM and process modelling.
• Experience with API-enabled workflows and systems integration.

Digital Process Analyst/Engineer | London | Hybrid | Up to £85,000

Working on an exciting new mandate below:
I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international insurance organisation looking to hire a Digital Process Engineer to support its ongoing transformation and process optimisation initiatives across the UK & Ireland business.

The role will involve:

• Analysing end-to-end business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Designing and developing workflow automation and low-code solutions
• Supporting process improvement and digitisation initiatives
• Integrating business applications and supporting API-enabled workflows
• Working closely with Business Analysts, Technology teams and business stakeholders
• Supporting solution design, testing, implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring solutions adhere to governance, risk and regulatory requirements

Experience required:

• Experience in digital process engineering, workflow automation or low-code development
• Essential insurance industry experience, ideally within commercial or specialty insurance
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and optimisation
• Experience with workflow automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of systems integration, APIs and solution design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills

Salary: Up to £85,000
