Recruitment Helpline is seeking a Digital Print Operator / Trainee in Bromyard, Herefordshire. The role is site-based, with a permanent full-time contract (39.5 hours) and growth from trainee to operator as probation is completed.
Salary ranges at trainee £12.80–£13.15 per hour, rising after 3 months; operator level £13.00–£13.30 per hour with the same probation uplift. Benefits include pension, private parking, and staff support programs.

Digital Printer Operator level: £13 p/h, rising to £13.30 p/h upon successful completion of 3-month probation.
The company is open to this position either being a trainee position or experienced position dependant on the candidate, so whilst no digital print experience is necessary, we would encourage both trainees and experienced digital print operators to apply as we'd be keen to speak to you.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
The Digital Print Operator should be capable of adapting to changes in technology, processes, and be open to innovation and continuous improvement in printing processes and techniques. They should have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a team environment and have the ability to handle the pressures and demands of a fast-paced production environment.
