Qualifications

• Industry experience in market development within the financial industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an agile mindset.
• Demonstrated ability in market development and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with MS Office and internet-based communication platforms.
• Digital marketing knowledge including social media, short videos, live streaming, e-commerce.
• Licence recognised by MAS or equivalent regulatory authority.
• Willingness to undertake frequent and long-term travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members with agility and a positive mindset.
• Identify and manage direct costs with tracking, documentation, and approvals.
• Scope ROECNY's unique business position to offer in-demand products and services.
• Handle end-to-end actions of a new program business case including needs analysis, options, risks and financials.
• Use structured program management to meet milestones.
• Perform gap analyses at each milestone of digital payment solution development.
• Anticipate IT-related risks for digital banking programs and implement controls.
• Ensure terms and conditions are agreed with suppliers within contracts.
• Communicate visually using ROECNY digital payment solution presentations for clients.
• Resolve issues through innovative design approaches and justification of the best solution.
• Conduct SWOT analysis to identify improvement areas for the digital banking solution.
• Assess development areas of the ROECNY digital payment solution per client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Allocate resources to milestones and ensure objectives are met with available hardware/software.
• Devise solution architecture and blueprint for development of the digital payment solution.
• Incorporate stakeholder expectations into the digital payment solution.
• Devise action plans to develop the digital banking solution.
