Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to handle responsibilities with agility.
• Identify and manage direct costs with proper authorisations.
• Use information to position ROECNY's digital banking solution for clients.
• Scope and analyse new project business cases from need identification to stakeholder approval.
• Apply structured project management to meet milestones.
• Perform gap analysis at each milestone of digital banking solution development.
• Anticipate IT risks and implement controls to reduce risk to acceptable levels.
• Ensure terms with suppliers are set within legally binding contracts.
• Communicate visual presentations of the ROECNY digital payment solution to clients.
• Propose innovative design approaches during ROECNY setup to overcome obstacles.
• Review industry innovations using SWOT to identify improvements for the solution.
• Assess development areas of the solution aligned with new client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Allocate resources efficiently across milestones and workstreams including manhours and hardware/software.
• Devise a solution architecture and blueprint for the digital banking solution.
• Incorporate stakeholder expectations into the final solution.
• Create action plans to develop the digital banking solution.
