Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Partnership Development and Engagement Officer to strengthen links with VCSE organisations and council services. You will support the Hull Money Team’s goals of improving financial resilience and ensuring access to digital systems and services across Hull.

The role involves onboarding partners, delivering training, and promoting sustainable use of digital tools across community and council settings, with a mix of office, community, and remote work.

Qualifications

• Support onboarding of partners and promote digital systems.
• Plan and deliver training sessions, in-person and remote.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor system usage and analyse data for performance.
• Build relationships with VCSE organisations and council services.

Responsibilities

• Support partner onboarding, promote digital systems and tools.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and provide documentation.
• Deliver training sessions (group and 1-1) in person and remotely.
• Provide responsive support and liaise with technical teams.
• Promote engagement and sustained use of systems through outreach.
