Job Summary

The Digital Operations Specialist provides assistance to the business in using technology tools and applications. The role focuses on managing user accounts, providing technical support for digital platforms, and ensuring data security compliance within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to effectively assist end users and address IT issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for digital platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise software applications.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions following organizational policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist in training sessions or workshops to improve user understanding of technology tools.
• Ensure data security compliance by implementing appropriate measures for sensitive information.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Document processes and procedures related to digital operations for future reference.

Qualifications
