Job summary

Sky is seeking a leader for its Digital Operations team to oversee programmatic campaigns across buy- and sell-side platforms. You will coordinate offshore and onshore teams, optimize workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate setup, delivery, and billing across Sky's Sky Media campaigns.

The role requires deep GAM expertise, DSP knowledge (DV360 or The Trade Desk preferred), and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work model with in-office days at Osterley is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms (The Trade Desk or DV360 preferred).
• Experience leading operations teams within campaign management.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of audience platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager or Zeotap (desirable).
• Experience managing offshore operations teams.
• Understanding of billing processes and financial practices.
• Google Cloud and Looker knowledge (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of campaign managers that execute on buy and sell side technologies.
• Manage offshore operations team alongside on-shore team to evolve workflows.
• Bring system knowledge to input into best practices of campaign management and execution.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure setup, delivery, and billing meet expectations.
• Share industry knowledge to help shape current and new-to-market products.
