Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Bury is seeking a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to help launch new products onsite. You will collaborate with Warehouse, Studio, Buying and Merchandising to ensure product availability and accurate content across digital channels.

You will analyze performance using GA, Power BI and other tools, update product trackers, and help maintain launch calendars, imagery, and descriptions to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining product trackers to get products onsite quickly.
• Ownership of product setup and attribution.
• Collaborating with digital merch, buying and merchandising to review calendars.
• Monitoring sales and stock for launches.
• Using analytics tools (GA, Contentsquare, Power BI) to review performance.
• Identifying key products for CRM and homepage activity.
• Using merchandising tools (e.g., fredhopper) to roll out visual standards.
• Conducting daily site walks to flag imagery, links, descriptions errors.
• Reviewing new products to ensure visibility across touchpoints.
• Troubleshooting products not online.
• Supporting the wider Digital Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks.
• Maintaining up-to-date product attributions and reports.
