Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Digital Merchandising Assistant to support product onboarding, maintain trackers, and ensure timely on-site launches. You will collaborate with Warehouse, Studio, Buying and Merchandising to deliver high-quality product availability across digital channels.

You will analyze product performance using GA, Contentsquare and Power BI, manage attribution, and uphold visual merchandising standards with Fredhopper to optimise the customer journey.

• Attention to detail in product data.
• Analytical skills to review product performance.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining product trackers to ensure products go onsite quickly and efficiently
• Ownership of product setup and attribution
• Collaborating with Digital Merchandising, Buying and Merchandising teams to review intake and launch calendars
• Monitoring sales and stock for product launches
• Using analytics tools to review product performance (GA, Contentsquare, Power BI)
• Identifying key products for CRM and Homepage activity
• Using merchandising tools to rollout visual merchandising standards and optimize the customer journey
• Performing daily site checks for imagery, links, descriptions and attribution
• Reviewing new products onsite across touchpoints
• Troubleshooting products not online
• Supporting the wider Digital Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requests
