Responsibilities

• Support with size ratio of lines on smaller brands with guidance.
• Create purchase orders via upload and verify details before sending.
• Reconcile supplier order books and communicate anomalies.
• Update supplier order books and ETA reports in the system.
• Book in product as directed by the Merchandiser.
• Liaise with warehouse on delivery issues and problem orders.
• Cost and retail checks on orders booked into the warehouse.
• Print and run key reporting for Monday trade meetings.
• Analyse reports and store visits to deepen product area knowledge.
• Maximise best sellers by reviewing optimal stock levels.
• Action stock movements and scheduling checks with the team.
• Collate weekly price amendments and support stores with feedback.
