JD Sports Fashion is hiring a Merchandise Assistant to support the Merchandising team in driving stock, profitability, and customer satisfaction across stores and digital channels.

You will update supplier order books, process stock movements, and assist with pricing and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock updates, supplier order books, and bookings.
• Create purchase orders via upload and check details before sending.
• Coordinate with warehouse on deliveries and resolve issues.
• Run key reporting for trade meetings and monitor stock levels.
• Support stores and digital channels to meet KPIs.
• Contribute to price changes and weekly updates.
• Assist with marketing requests and ad-hoc analysis.
