Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Paid Demand Generation Specialist who is highly data-driven and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of full-funnel attribution—ideally tracking performance from keyword to revenue. In this dynamic role, you will own, execute, and optimize global paid marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results visible to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • In EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, India & Africa): Partner with our local campaign manager to design landing pages, conduct keyword research, and manage attribution, implementation, and retargeting campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Paid Ads using HubSpot & SFDC).
  • In North America: Collaborate with our local NAMER campaign manager on landing page design, banner creation, and other assets, while fully owning campaign performance (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Paid Ads using HubSpot & SFDC). Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Implement and manage full-funnel attribution models, connecting campaign performance to business outcomes, including revenue.
  • Leverage analytics to track KPIs, improve ROAS, and provide actionable insights to drive results.
  1. Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Engage with product managers, sales teams, and marketers to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Share insights and performance updates with senior leadership, demonstrating (and visualizing) the impact of paid demand generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Paid, and YouTube Paid to build marketing-generated funnels.
  • Expertise in full-funnel attribution, conversion tracking, and connecting performance metrics to revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on data-informed decisions and achieving measurable results (ROAS).
  • Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in a global, collaborative environment is a plus.

Salary for the position based in Slovakia:

  • 2,500 EUR base salary
  • 15% ICP bonus
