A fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative and market-leading building management solutions is looking to hire a Demand Generation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic campaigns to capture new leads into the central database.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and SDR teams on account segmentation.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to monitor our marketing 'health'.
  • Establish yourself as a core member of the Marketing engine, working with the broader Marketing and SDR teams to share and retain knowledge, enabling the team to focus on high-impact work.

Key Attributes:

  • Proven experience in Demand Generation Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns that engage and convert B2B audiences.
  • Exceptional presentation and strategic thinking skills to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, able to demonstrate ROI for marketing efforts.
  • Outstanding project management skills with multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
