InfoCert S.p.A. owns 65% of Ascertia with 100% acquisition completion expected in early summer 2025.

Ascertia's digital signature platform and PKI products deliver digital trust across people, devices, data, and documents. At the heart of Ascertia’s digital trust ecosystem is a wide-reaching customer base, 100+ expert partners, and integrators which have been delivering Ascertia products, cloud services and apps since 2001.

Role Overview

Ascertia has experienced solid revenue growth and is hiring new team members to drive further growth, success and take on the larger big-name organisations across the PKI and Digital Signature industries. Ascertia has over 150 full-time employees and is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist. This opportunity provides a solid platform for the successful candidate to stretch themselves and work with a talented team to take Ascertia revenue to the next level. This is a newly created role designed to enhance our lead generation activities.

Collaborating with the Sales Director, Sales team, and Head of Marketing you will be tasked with spearheading multi-channel lead generation campaigns aligned with our key value propositions to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement a demand generation strategy that aligns with Ascertia’s overall business objectives and sales goals.

Campaign Management

  1. Develop, manage, and optimize multi-touch campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, content marketing, paid advertising, and more.

Lead Generation

  1. Drive high-quality leads and opportunities to the sales team by targeting the right audience with compelling messages and offers.
  2. Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant, engaging, and persuasive content that drives conversions at various stages of the buyer’s journey.

Performance Analysis

  1. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale successful strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and the effective handover of leads.
  2. Utilize existing tools where possible such as HubSpot and Salesforce, but also add to the technology stack for greatest ROI. Collaborate with Sales operations with analytics tools to manage campaigns and report on performance.

Budget Management

  1. Efficiently manage the demand generation budget, ensuring maximum ROI from marketing spend.

Market & Industry Insights

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve demand generation strategies.

Technical Training and Knowledge Sharing

  1. Deliver technical training to customers and partners where required, ensuring they are empowered to maximise the value of Ascertia’s products (with reliance on LMS systems).
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure architecture and deployment guides, training materials, and other resources are kept up to date.

Team Collaboration and Feedback

  1. Actively communicate customer and partner feedback to relevant teams, including suggestions for improving product performance, usability, and scalability.
  2. Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignments between departments.

Requirements

  1. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Leader to join our dynamic team. This is a critical position where we need someone who is not just a thinker but a doer—someone ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the software, cybersecurity, or technology industries, who can quickly dive in, develop multi-touch campaigns, and drive high-quality leads for our sales team.

Experience

  1. 7+ years of experience in demand generation with a significant portion in the software, cybersecurity, or technology industries.
  2. Demonstrated success in designing and executing multi-touch campaigns that drive significant business growth.
  3. Deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in complex, technical industries.
  4. Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  5. High proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  6. Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

Remuneration and Benefits

An appropriate salary for the position will be paid with good bonuses based on personal and company performance.

25 days per year holiday + 3 days at Christmas. The package also includes an 8% Employer and 5% (or more) Employee SIPP pension, private medical cover for individual and any family members and four times base salary Death in Service insurance. All reasonable business expenses will be fully reimbursed against receipts. Home/remote based with occasional foreign travel expected to see partners/clients and to attend exhibitions or conferences (as a guide - once or twice per quarter). Normal UK working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 - although flexibility is required since Ascertia deals with partners in multiple time zones.
