Operationalize growth across Latin America. Build reliable pipelines, precise tracking, and insights that scale.
What you’ll own
- Campaign operations & execution: End‑to‑end setup, testing, segmentation, and deployment in Pardot via Workfront; manage lead scoring and routing by country, language, and service line.
- Attribution & data flow: Define and enforce UTM governance; ensure accurate tagging and data sync from Pardot → Salesforce; maintain naming conventions across multi‑country programs.
- Reporting & analytics: Build LATAM dashboards tracking MQLs, velocity, CPL, channel mix, email KPIs, web engagement, and pipeline / ROI; deliver post‑mortems with clear next actions.
- Web & asset management: Create / localize landing pages, forms, and gated assets in Sitecore (Spanish & Brazilian Portuguese); run rigorous QA on copy, diacritics, RTL / LTR issues, form logic, and responsiveness; support CRO testing.
- SEO / paid media alignment: Partner with the Global Digital Hub on regional keyword sets, pixel and conversion setup, and channel‑level experiments.
- Compliance & governance: Operationalize LGPD (Brazil), LFPDPPP (Mexico), and GDPR where applicable; manage consent, preference centers, and suppression lists across languages.
- Enablement & support: Publish playbooks and checklists; provide office hours and troubleshooting for marketers and stakeholders across LATAM.
How you’ll measure success
- Launch excellence: On‑time launches with high QA pass rates; reduced rework.
- Tracking integrity: UTM completion and accuracy; decline in unattributed traffic / leads.
- Funnel health: Form CVR, email deliverability / CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline impact, ROI.
- Localization quality: Error rate in localized assets; stakeholder satisfaction; faster cycle time for multi‑language launches.
- Operational efficiency: Workfront SLA adherence and throughput across countries.
What you bring
- Campaign ops expertise: Lifecycle execution, lead scoring / qualification, and funnel diagnostics.
- Platform fluency: Advanced Pardot with strong Salesforce collaboration; Workfront for orchestration; solid CMS / Sitecore experience.
- Analytical rigor: GA4 + Excel / Power BI dashboarding; ability to turn patterns into prioritized improvements.
- Localization + QA: Sharp eye for language and formatting nuances across Spanish / Portuguese; methodical testing mindset.
- Process builder: Governance, documentation, and scalable frameworks; comfort improving systems while shipping work.
- Cross‑border collaborator: Clear communicator who works smoothly across teams, time zones, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing operations / automation within B2B (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred).
- Proven expertise with Pardot, Salesforce, and Workfront; strong UTM / attribution best practices.
- Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel, GA4, Power BI or equivalent).
- Familiarity with LATAM privacy and email compliance (LGPD, LFPDPPP, GDPR).
Language & travel
- Languages: Strong command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Travel: Up to 10% for team collaboration, events, and stakeholder engagement.
