The Digital Marketing Manager will lead customer acquisition and brand growth for insurance products through paid digital channels. The role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and aligning paid and organic search activity to maximise results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate commercial goals into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver integrated acquisition campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead paid media across search (Google, Bing), social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and affiliate channels.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and conversion.
  • Analyse performance and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversion rate).
  • Use analytics tools to map customer journeys and evaluate digital experience.
  • Align paid media activity with SEO strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent digital brand presence.
  • Ensure marketing activity meets regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Manage paid media forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
