You will prioritise a feature roadmap that aligns with guest needs and business goals, working with technology, marketing, data, legal and product teams to deliver outcomes.

This hybrid role requires travel to head offices and brand sites as needed; you will drive data, loyalty and AI-enabled capabilities to improve personalisation, conversion

Qualifikationen

• Requires a digital, management or technical degree.
• Experience driving digital transformation in retail/e-commerce with multi-brand exposure preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation skills and data-informed decision making.

• Own the vision and strategy for a key digital value stream (apps) and define prioritised feature roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technology, marketing, data, legal and product teams to ensure delivery and outcomes.
