Managing Consultant – Services at Better Placed Ltd

Are you a digitally savvy marketer with a passion for emerging tech? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to be part of building something from the ground up? If so, we want to hear from you.

We’re working with a high-growth, well-funded AI startup on the hunt for their first marketing hire -a Digital Marketing Manager- to join a fully remote team split between the UK and US. With strong backing from major tech investors and a transformative product in the generative AI space, this is a rare opportunity to get in early and help shape the marketing engine of an exciting new business.

The Role

You’ll be joining a young, passionate, and highly talented team, working closely with the founders to launch and scale digital marketing activity across multiple channels. From paid social and SEO to influencer campaigns and sponsored content, this is a hands-on role with real scope to learn, experiment and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns
• Manage paid media (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and sponsored content
• Run organic social and build online presence
• Support SEO strategy and implementation
• Assist with influencer marketing and content partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally B2B
• Exposure to paid ads, SEO, social media, and/or influencer marketing
• Experience in or with a digital agency is a plus
• Bright, curious, and proactive - you love solving problems and learning new things
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup
• Passionate about AI, technology, and innovation
