Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a Group Digital Marketing Executive to support the Director of Marketing in delivering strategic digital initiatives across the portfolio. The role combines content, campaigns and CRM management to strengthen consumer and employer brand communications.

Based at the Ashdown Park Hotel site in East Sussex, the role involves occasional travel to The Grand (Eastbourne) and Tylney Hall (Hook).

Qualifications

• Experience across planning, content creation and digital channels.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Proven stakeholder management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating the annual sales and marketing plan and digital calendar.
• Own and optimise online presence and partner site content.
• Lead email marketing campaigns and CRM automation.
• Develop social media campaigns and monitor performance.
• Build knowledge of Elite Hotels properties to inform content.
• Analyse digital metrics and report to stakeholders.
