Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. seeks a Group Digital Marketing Executive to own the group’s digital presence and lead on marketing plans across the portfolio. You will drive campaigns, content, and CRM activity to deliver ROI and strengthen both consumer and employer brands.

You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and agency partners, manage multiple channels, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across the group’s properties in East Sussex, Eastbourne, and Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Ability to plan annual marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own digital presence and brand communications for Elite Hotels.
• Lead content development and coordinate with partners to maximise ROI.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM activities (Revinate).
• Develop social media campaigns and monitor engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with group sales and revenue to ensure unified brand messaging.
• Provide regular digital performance reporting to stakeholders.
